Instructions

Follow the steps below to enter your patient portal.

  • Go to https://patientportal.advancedmd.com/134546/account/logon
  • Enter your name and email address, which must match the information on file with your office
  • You will receive an email invitation from noreply@advancedmd.com with the subject line "Patient Portal Account Notification"
  • Click the link in the email to go to the "Create Your Account" page
  • Enter a password, retype it to confirm, and enter your date of birth
  • Check the box next to "I have read and agreed to the terms and conditions"
  • Click the green Register button
  • To view your documents, click on records (top right) then documents and images (bottom right)
  • Do not send urgent messages through the portal as it could take up to 24 hours for a response. Please call the office for urgent request.

New And Existing Patients

Please bring the following to your visit:

  • Photo ID
  • Current medication list (if applicable)
  • Outside imaging (We have access to UCHealth and Health Images only)

Expect Dr. Hecker to provide a thorough examination and listen closely to you regarding the symptoms and pain you are experiencing.
